Breakfast: Bread with egg and tomato

  • 2 slices of rough bread w / scratched light margarine
  • 1 boiled egg
  • Leaves to 1 slice of bread, such as light cheese, lean brown cheese, ham or lean livery
  • Tomato, cucumber, peppers, – as desired
  • 1 glass of extra light or light milk (2 dl)
  • 1 fruit or vegetable

Lunch: Thaiburger

Afternoon: Laundromat

Two snacks or supper suggestions :

1 carrot, 10 cm cucumber, 5 radishes, 1 stalks celery, 6 cherry tomatoes, 2 glasses of extra light milk and 4 hazelnuts

1 slice of coarse bread with cheese, 1 glass of skim milk and 1 apple
