It includes coffee and chocolate.

  • Apples
  • Blackberry
  • Black Tea

  • Plums
  • Raspberry

  • Red grapes
  • Red Onions
  • Spinach
  • Strawberry

– Antioxidants are not enough

– These are obviously healthy foods that you can benefit from a lot of – apart from the chocolate. It seems that these foods are chosen because they are rich in antioxidants, and that’s healthy, but there’s much else to eat, says nutrition physiologist Cathrine Borchsenius.

Would have been malnourished

She believes it is hopeless to rate the healthiest foods and that it is the composition of the diet that is important.

If you only eat the food on this list, you will be malnourished, at least malnourished, points out the nutritionist.
