Dr. Fedon A. Lindberg has several years of clinical experience focusing on diabetes and insulin resistance from Aker Sykehus in Oslo.
In 1999, Dr. Lindberg initiative to start the specialist clinic Weight in Balance (now Dr. Fedon Lindbergs Clinic) for the treatment of severe obese.
Lindberg has written and published 10 books in Norway and several of them have been translated into several languages and published in 19 different countries.. Fedon Lindberg’s first book is Natural slim with diet in balance.
Fedon Lindberg’s great interest in cooking and experimentation with healthy and balanced food recipes has resulted in the development of a separate series of foods. All products in the Fedon series have a low blood sugar effect and therefore contain more protein, fiber and only healthy fats in addition to less carbohydrate than similar products. Several of these products are included in the menus you find here, but may be replaced by other similar products. Please note that the total nutritional value per meal is calculated based on the Fedon products.

Here is today’s menu:
SUNDAY WEEK 1
4 slices of ham
squash in pieces
pepper in pieces
Onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil / rapeseed oil for cooking

3/4 box of tuna
2 dl leaf salad
bar celery in pieces
purre, finely chopped
1 dl kesam 1%
lemon, dill, parsley to taste
1 tablespoon French mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
Kcal: 289, carbohydrates: 6.9g, protein: 27g, fat: 17g, of which saturated fat: 2.6g, fiber: 3.7g.
Chicken and Chicken Salad
The recipe provides 6 servings:
2 boxes kikerter, silt and purified
300 g cherry tomatoes, divided into 2
300 g red peppers on box / glass, marinated in oil
1 medium-sized grilled chicken
1 small bunch of leaf perch, chopped
2 garlic cloves, cleaned and crushed
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
6 tablespoon oil from the glass with marinated peppers
½ teaspoon of peppers (mild, sweet type)
the juice from 1/2 orange
Make dressing first. Use a spellmaker or a small food processor and whisk garlic, pepper oil, peppers and orange juice until you get a smooth mix. Ev. Can you crush the garlic and whip everything by hand.
Mix together chickpeas, cherry tomatoes and peppers in a large bowl. Pour over half of the dressing, season and benefit on large plates.
Put the chicken on a batter and remove the skin and legs. Cut the chicken into big bites and dander on top of the salad.
Add the rest of the dressing, decorating with leaf blister, and server.
