Nutrition Table at: Clinical Nutrition Physiologist Vibeke Landaas

You need:

3½ dl coarse spell

3½ dl small oatmeal

1½ dl sesame seeds

2 dl sunflower seeds

1 dl linseed

1 dl crockery

1 teaspoon salt

7 dl lukewarm water

(You can have 1 teaspoon of honey or a broth in the water if you wish).

ev. 1 dl chopped walnuts (this can be dropped).

Here’s how to do:

Have all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well with a slim. The dough becomes sticky, almost like oatmeal.

Use a sponge and spread the dough over two baking bins with baking paper. It should fill the entire board and it should be so thin that it almost goes “hole” on it. Finish by folding the dough well with your hands. It’s important that the crispbread does not get too thick, so they become chewy.

Place the plates in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 10 minutes. You must have hot air to cook both at the same time.

Remove from the oven and cut with a pizza roll to fit large pieces.

Put back in the oven and fry for 30 minutes.

Cut the crispbreads apart and place them on a grid. Place the oven at 50 degrees with the door slightly open. Certainly for half an hour. Then you get hard crispy crackers. A little steered at the beginning, but eventually this goes like a game!
