If we compare the soy sauce with regular Viennese sausages, the calorie content is almost the same – 225 in the soy variants and 235 calories in the meat variant. It is the most protein in the ovovegetarian variant (33%) and about the same in ovoventric hot dog and traditional wiener (21 and 19% of nutritional content). Wiener sausages have the most fat – 72% versus 59 and 50% fat in the respective soya variants. We have no information about the fatty acid composition of the soya sauce, but probably this is healthier than in the Viennese sausages.

Conclusion: A healthier and slightly leaner alternative to traditional wiener.
