You can do this yourself:
- Make a list of the foods you want to include in your “diet”
- Clean out of the refrigerator what you do not want to be included in your “diet”
- Write down the amount of food you usually eat during a day / week
- Distribute the different foods in which they belong in 4-6 meals throughout the day
- Half the amount of fat on the bread and sauce and melted butter for dinner
- Half the amount of potato and rice for dinner
- Let the portion of meat or fish be as big as a palm
- Eat double serving with vegetables and salad
- Half the portion with dessert or drip it
- Eat at least one fruit more than you have set up

Atkins diet is a diet that is made up of foods that provide high intake of fat and proteins.
